Description
Natural grown and a home made dried cardamom which is dried over an open fire which creates a distinct smoky aroma and flavor, slightly sweet, floral and citric taste with unique fresh and strong aromatic fragrance. Natural large cardamom (Amomum Subulatum), also known as hill cardamom. Without using any chemicals, it is grown from the organic registered garden, having pristine environment of subtropical areas in Bhutan. Both the pods and the seeds are used in the cooking as a ingredient in many of the Indian cuisine’s signature dishes. To fully release it’s flavors and aroma, it is mostly fried in a little oil. It is also use in tea, essential oil, etc.
