Delivery within Thimphu will be on the same day. However, if it is backorder (Pre-order) then same day delivery may not be possible. For delivery outside Thimphu Throm, dhewa will be happy to deliver for free once a month as per the schedule of dhewa.

Return of goods for selective goods may be possible under certain conditions. For Thimphu Throm return must be within 24 hours and for outside Thimphu Throm it must be within 72 hours.

Warranty is only applicable to those products that offer warranty by the manufacturer. Products must be inspected within 12 hours of delivery to process for refund or replacement for faulty products
