We provide great customer experience each time you shop with dhewa.bt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure ‘Replacement Guarantee’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered.
All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at [email protected] within a period of 24 Hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by Dhewa team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, or broken by customer.
Any transportation charges applicable for the return will be absorbed by Dhewa
Cancellation and Refund:
We will accept any cancellation before
If any order is cancelled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 5 working days. Provided that received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via BoB, then the customer will be refunded through BoB with the same account no. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channel. But Dhewa retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.
The customer will not be eligible for any cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the order is cancelled, its related cashback will also be cancelled. Dhewa is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.
